This calendar has features that I really like, e.g., lines in the boxes for the dates, space to write notes and a glance at the yearly calendar. However, I don't like that the calendar does not come with guards or slots to keep the calendar pages in place. This is an important feature for calendars that are used both on a desk (as I use mine) or even hanging on a wall to keep pages from curling up or flying away. I would send the calendar back, but for the price it's not worth the hassle. A friend of mine is going to buy it from me and place on her wall in her office. I ended up buying a generic desk pad calendar -- with the edge guards -- at Office Depot in town. It's not as pretty, but it's more functional for my purposes.
