Well these were a gift for my girl, she never sits still, constantly going from one room to the next and up and down stairs, and ever cleaning, moving something or about to move something, from one perfectly good spot to another perfectly good spot. When I gave her the books , she sat down, became quiet, with the exception of an occasional outburst of,"I have to stop, I have to get things done." and then would slip back to coloring. For me it was wonderful just to watch her become so absorbed, with something thats soul purpose is to give a relief, she relaxed from self imposed pressure, and allowed herself time just for herself, and to use her skills.
